Is there a way to have a text size pre set for a certain site ?

I have my MBP 15 as my main rig and love it very much with lion but I am always having to increase the text size 1 step up every time I go craigslist and yes as easy as the pinch is,it is a P.I.T.A. after multiple times a day,I do a lot of selling / swapping there am on 20 + times a day....

Thanks for any help / information.

Command+plus = increase font size.
Command+minus = decrease font size.

Using Firefox, but should work in any browser.

I haven't checked, but there must be an add-on that does this in firefox.

Edit: I just checked and this appears to do what you want: NoSquint

Having a hard time reading on the web? Is that website with the ridiculously small font and hot-pink-on-slightly-darker-hot-pink text raising your blood pressure?

NoSquint is a Firefox addon that can:

  • Override the default text-only and full-page (both text and images) zoom levels for all websites
  • Enforce your own foreground and background colors
  • Remember your zoom levels and color settings per site, automatically applying them when you return.

Now that I look into it, you might have to know a bit of CSS. I will dig for something easier 🙂

Yea,a little deeper than my current skills allow with out going into a lot reading and learning which if I had time I would but....:\

I tried chrome and it worked out in the settings but my forward - backward magic mouse gestures do not work in chrome...:hmm:

It looks like your best bet will be to run Chrome or Firefox because of their extensive plugins/extensions. Did you try using the plugin with Firefox that was suggested earlier? 🙂

I am trying to avoid firefox and its hunger for resources....:\

No biggie, will just pinch / zoom for now with safari...thanks for all the help / suggestions.
