Is there a way to FORCE Aero Glass on a non-compliant card in Vista?

Is there a way to force Aero Glass on a notebook with an integrated GMA900 graphics chip? Reg hack maybe?

I think there may have been a registry value back in earlier builds, but I'm pretty sure that was removed. There are some pretty hard video RAM requirements and DX9 requirements for glass to run.
