I need to contact the district attorney because someone on eBay stole 200 dollars of my money that I got from UPS.
I was wondering if I could find out his address using the UPS tracking # that I got from him or his eBay account name

I would email every person that ever sold him things on Ebay with your story. One of them is bound to have his address.
