Is there a way to dump my contacts in my phone's internal memory to the SIM card?

I've had this phone for a year. It's GSM, so I figured the contact info would be saved to the SIM card. In fact it's all been saved to the phone's internal memory.

Is there something I can do to copy the info to the SIM card without having to re-enter everything one at a time?
