Is there a way to do multiple download at the same time in window xp

IE SUCKS FVCKING BALLS! for man y reasons 1 being you can only DL like 2 things at once,
any other browser like Opera and FF let you download as many things at once as you want

Not quite I understand you, sorry

use firefox

faster and more secure and it's free with bunch of useful add-on's

believe me. i used to love IE too because you can drag and resize the toolbars and for the sake of logitech webwheel thing

but i switched and im never going back to IE

and also google for "flashget" or "net transport" both are excellent programs

I believe you can edit a regkey to change it... not quite sure which one tho.

Here is the registry entry...

HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=dword:00000020
"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=dword:00000020

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=dword:00000020
"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=dword:00000020

It's one of the 2... change the dword # to the amount of connections you want to allow at once. Just so you know there is a reason it is set to 2... per HTTP specs, the limit is 2, now rarely does this ever cause a issue, there are a few websites however that wont handle more then 2 at once.

I don't have any problems with it. I use IE6 and XP pro, I've had as many as 20 downloads going at the same time. (in my search to try out several different variations of linux)

Anyone know how to get Firefox to open PDF files more smoothly?
I tried removing the unnecessary plugins from their respective folders and I still have problem with PDF files.
Firefox crashes more often when I open PDF files
