Is there a way to disable the automatic overscan correction of the newer nVidia drivers?

Newer nVidia drivers automatically adjust the overscan of your TV output so that the image being displayed fills the screen. All well and good, except it screws up the UI for SageTV badly. Does anyone know a magic registry tweak to turn it off?
