Is there a way to click a photo in an iPhone from an Android phone?

I want to setup the iphone and to be able to remotely click the photo using bluetooth or wifi from an android phone. How can I do this?

From what I understand, apple only allows apps access to its bluetooth if it's connecting to the small handful of common protocols like audio device, or a proprietary bluetooth device that the app is for. So apps can't talk to an android device because none of the protocols it uses to talk are allowed access, but the remote control that was linked its specific to the app and thus allowed after much testing.
