Is there a way to change the start up and shut down screens in Win XP Pro?

I changed the Win XP Pro black loading screen and would like to know if it's possible to change the second start up screen which is blue, and the blue shut down screen? I did some research online and read that it is a much more complicated process than in Win 9X/ME, so I used a program called BootSkin in order to change the first black start up screen. This program only does the first screen, so I can't use it to do the other two. Is there a way to also change the other two screens? Thank you for your help.

i used to have a program which allowed you to change the blue logon prompt screen and shutdown screens and download different skins for them. i can't remember the name of it off hand. let me check and i'll post back.

Style XP you can use this to modify your logon screen. this is what i used before. the also have skins you can download at ThemeXP it doesn't modify the shutdown screen though. there are probably other programs out there that can do that. yeah i also use BootSkin for my boot up screen.
