Is there a way to change the FSB of an ASUS A7M266-D while in Windows 2000?

You will find the information on page 54 of your manual. You need to boot into the BIOS to make the changes. I'd go real slow here. In other words, try this a little at a time (say 2-3 MHz at a time) and then run some tests to check for stability. Also make sure you have both a good power supply and excellent cooling for your system.

Thanks for the response.

I'm looking for a program that allows you to change FSB without going to the BIOS. I need to do the FSB change remotely, so it has to be inside Windows 2000. It's also ok if changes take effect after a reboot since I can reboot remotely.

Sorry, I wasn't sure that was what you wanted. In this case I guess you might want to use CPU Cool. It works within the OS and is compatible with Win2000. Other than that I don't know much about it other than many people use it successfully. Hope this helps!
