Is there a way to change the cursor color?

There is no way to change it within Windows that I know of, however you can get small utility programs off of the
internet that will allow you to create your own cursors. You can also do an internet search for "cursor" or "animated cursor" and you will find thousands!

Under control panel then mouse you can select a number of cursor themes or change each cursor individually. I use a slightly tweaked 3d scheme on my machine.
