is there a way to change the background image for AIM buddy list?

i was wondering if i could change the background image on my buddy list. so its not that stupid aol guy and icon.
 
it has to be in one of the .dll files or something.

im using reshack to look in the .dll files and .exe but i just cant seem to find it... grr.

i had no idea..... but considering how it is a dll file how can you convert? and are you sure....
