Is there a way to change keyboard key actions in W7?

I just got a Acer CULV laptop and really like it, but there is one feature I really miss from my thinkpad is the key above left and right that lets me go back or forward. On the acer the pg down and up keys are in place of the back and forward keys. Since I never use pg down and up, can I change these keys to forward and back? I assume I need some kind of program. Thanks

I don't know how to change keyboard shortcuts but I know something better.

Use programs like http://www.tcbmi.com/strokeit/ All can be done with a few mouse movements.

See if your Acer has this file:

"MMKEYBD.CFG" file in the "Launch Manager" folder

If you do, you can try editing it with Notepad
