Is there a way to change HD Letters in win98se??

I know in Win2k that you can go in (Computer Management), then (Disk Managment) and change Drive letters around any way you like in there.
So, Is there a way to do this in win98se??

I think you do this in device manager.

Right click my computer
select properties
select device manager
select the drive you want to change
on the properties for that drive there will be a drive letter that you can assign it to.

I know you can do this for CDroms

Ive never tried for hard drives never had a reason too

but im pretty sure it is there.
