I need a way to backup my games saves so I don't have to start over when I change phones

I need a way to backup my games saves so I don't have to start over when I change phones

Since different games save their data in their own folders, the only 100% fool proof way is to check how that game saves its data and then backup that data yourself. Titanium Backup may or may not work.
