Is there a way to "alt-tab" thru firefox tabs?

Here are the shortcuts I use the most in Firefox:

Jump to address bar: Ctrl + L
Jump to search box: Ctrl + K
Open new tab: Ctrl + T (often followed by Ctrl + K or Ctrl + L to search/go to a website)
Close tab: Ctrl + W
Switch tabs: Ctrl + Tab, Ctrl + Shift + Tab (reverse direction)
Open download manager: Ctrl + J

in opera, you can press the the 1 or 2 key or move left and right, respectively, through your tab. is there an extension for this in firefox? 1/2 seems simpler than ctrl-tab

I did not know that. That's weird and wild stuff.
