Is there a way in XP to lock/password protect individual folders?

I've got a lot of work on my pc that I don't want the kids getting into, is there a way to lock/password protect individual folders?

Change the permissions so only your user can access those files. The kids are using a limited user account, right?

I believe this doesn't work on a FAT32 partitioned drive also, so if you are not using NTFS format, I don't think you get the permissions option. Could be way off here though.
