Is there a way in MSWord to format the text into letters?

Say I want my text to be in the shape of B on the first page, O on the second page, and then B on the last page to spell my name (it's for a homework assignment). Is there such a thing in Word, or any such thing at all?

I mean besides manually typing it into a letter.

Create a table structure of the letter you want, put text into table.

Word wont do ascii art without plugins.
Why not have a single letter at font 192 or something.
The fonts go that big if you type the number into the field.

BRILLIANT! Then I format it and outline it and cut and paste it into the letter! BRILLIANT!
