Is there a utility to clock throttle an AthlonXP 1800+?

I have my file server running in my closet. Unfortunately, my room gets extremely hot during summer(definately past 100F during a bad day). My file server has worked fine until the last few days, when it seems to overheat even at night. I have a decent fan HS combo on it, and a whole bunch of panaflo case fans etc. The system has been totally stable even during these hot days, but it seems to be tweaking on me the last day or two. Anyway, I was wondering if there is a utility that I could install to throttle down the CPU speed when it gets to hot if I leave it on during the day.

What are the CPU and case temps? If you don't have a monitoring utility, get Motherboard Monitor 5.

Perhaps it's time to vaccum the dust out? Dropped my temps by 7-8 degrees!!! lol
