Is there a utility that will tell me, exactly, what my memory specs are?

I've been authorized to get more memory for my machine at work, which I know uses RDRAM, according to the motherboard BIOS, the Belarc utility, Windows system information, PCMARK profile - all these different apps tell me it's RDRAM.

But I need to know if it's PC-800 or PC1066, if it's 40ns or 45ns - I need ALL that info....and I should mention this tower is on an almost unreachable shelf, so opening the case is really something I'm trying to avoid, especially if there's some program - maybe a memory scanner - somewhere that will tell me what I need to know.

Any help would be dearly appreciated - thanks:)

Have you looked at AIDA32? It's a great free system info utility, it even tells you your CPU temp. and can benchmark your memory. Give that a shot.
