Is there a Utility that monitors PSU usage?

I have a pc&p turbo cool 510 ASL

I'm gonna have an x1900xtx, 7 fans that each require 12v leads, an Ultra-D, an Opteron 170, and some cold cathcodes....

I just want to make sure that my power supply isn't being pushed too far... If there is a utility I can download and check this, that would be great. Thanks

google kill-o-watt, it plugs in between your machine and the wall outlet and that way you can see total computer draw and then factor in efficiency of the psu, where pc&p are very good. you are probably less than 400W from the wall...

Well there is mobo monitor but it only displays the rail voltages and not the wattages.
