is there a tool that removes the molex connectors coz i have this vantec sleeving kit. if you squash the tubing together the diameter gets bigger, but its a bit of a faff on and i keep getting the molex connectors stuck
 
get a set of jewelers screwdrivers and use it to bend the pins of the molex connectors a tiny bit smaller so they slide out.

Do the reverse when putting them back in.

Secondly, try hitting up google to find one of the bizillion modding sites that tell you exactly that OR posting in the right forum 😉
