Is there a tool I can run to figure out what motherboard I have? It's in a junk computer I just need to know what it is so I can get some bios updates.

Just write down the numbers on the boot screen and go here.

Or you can write down the FCC number from the motherboard and then go to fcc.gov and do a search. That'll give you a lot of info.
