Duh but serious question. Renters just left the VRBO. All of my contact has been with the lady. Pretty easy to tell which bedroom she used. That bed made, facial wipes that we provide are in the 1st bath. Vacuumed. Etc.

The normal is to touch every surface because you don't know what they did. This looks like, touch every surface because they might have. 5 min to get the linens and 1st thing, "What was splashed on the entry wall." Then , "Why is that pencil on the floor." "WTH is on the laminate." My short time in the bathroom, "Why is there piss all over the toilet?"... A year in with VRBO and, in my quick tour, that is one thing I will not tolerate. Not short but I sit down at home. No splash getting all over your floor that way (yes, even though you can't see it when you pee standing up, tiny pee drops are splashing all over the floor and wall).
