I've met a few girls who primarily have a lot more guy friends then lady friends. From what I've seen they tend to be pretty confident girls however I've heard from multiple people that those kinds of girls are b!tches and if you were to get into a relationship with one, expect her to cheat on you. is this a common stereotype?

Of the girls like that I have known, I'd say don't worry that much about cheating (at least not based soley on the fact that she has a lot of male friends), but you need to be comfortable with her hanging out with lots of guys other than you, some of whom may have motives other than just friendship even is she doesn't.

Honestly, I think thats a fairly accurate statement. The girls with tons of guy friends are usually interested in the things the guys are. Ya know, kind of makes sense. My last serious g/f had a lot of guy friends and I hated it, turned out she was a major b!tch too. Unfortunately spent a year living with her to find that all out.

That's absolutely retarded.

In my opinion, girls that are comfortable hanging around with guys tend to be easier to get along with. Regardless, if you're going to prejudge a girl's fidelity based on who her friends are, you're going to be a lonely man.

there is a stereotype that they are sluts or just act like them i guess.

but im mostly friends with guys... a lot of girls prefer to hang out with guys. theres too much drama when youre hanging out with girls and there seems to be more common ground with guys. at least thats my reasoning

So if a guy hangs out with a lot of women he's gay? But if he hangs out with a lot of men he's straight?

Am I the only one that sees the idiocy in this way of thinking?

The idiocy scale seems to be off the charts in this thread.

Hmmm. I don't know what to say. I've never had very many female friends. Almost all of my friends have been guys, at least since high school. I just don't identify with most women. I have a lot more things in common with most men.

Guys hang out with guys, because they can relate toeach other better. If you relate to women better and you're a guy, then you're probably a little fruity.

That's retarded.

If you can't relate to a girl on the same level as a guy, maybe you're the fruity one.

Both of my previous girlfriends who had more guy friends than girl friends, ended up cheating on me. I'd say that's an accurate statement from my life experience.
