My advice: cut it short. If your hair is thinning or balding, short hair looks infinitely better than long.

The only thing that has been shown to work with thinning hair is Rogaine. But, you're going to spend a lot of money for little relief.

TBH, just deal with it. I have a full head of hair but even I've noticed less hair on the top of my head. Not much, but I do see it in the right light, and when my hair is wet.
