Is there a software that'll let me find open computers?

I'm on a school network and sometimes I like to see if any other computers are sharing files and download mp3s or whatever they have to offer. Painful to click on each workgroup, each computer, wait, etc.

Is there a software that'll automatically find computers sharing files?
