Is there a software that can act like BIOS in Windows?

I have the MSI NEO4 Plat. and the infamous 219 bug isn't letting me overclock very well. I downloaded Clockgen and played with the voltages and I found out that my system can do 280MHz HTT easily. However, I find that Clockgen cannot change my memory voltage, PCI clock, etc.....

Basically I need a software to access my BIOS in Windows so that I can fully overclock and tweak my settings. Any recommendations?

Download the 1.71beta BIOS. That should fix your problems. I had the 219-229 bug as well on my Neo4-F. The 1.71beta BIOS are made for the Plat. but they are backwards compatible with the Neo4-F etc.

What are your other settings? PCI clock? CPU and memory voltage? HTT ratio?

I have a very similar setup like yours, and I appreciate the help. I'll try BIOS 1.71 now.

Core Center does this stuff,core center came with your mobo, so just look through the cd.

Core Center is the worse software ever written. It has the alarm go off constantly and the only overclocking you can do is the 1%, 3%, 9%, 11% etc..

CAS is 2.5 @ 1T, 133 divider so it runs at 200mhz. CPU voltage is 1.538~1.6v. Mem is 2.75v and HTT is 3.

OK, so corecenter isnt the best software to overclock my CPU. Can someone recommend the ultimate program that can do the job, plus maybe monitor CPU core temperature too?

Has anyone used NVmax? It was a really good software to overclock my video card. I just wish there is a simiar software to overclock my CPU.
