Is there a Socket A DDR board (266) that also supports non-DDR ram?

I'd like to use my current PC133 CAS2 RAM a while longer.

I'm currently in a P3-650E o/c to 800. I'd like to step up to an Athlon 266 solution. I read about the KT266, that sounds like what I want - but I know nothing else about it.

Would I be able to use my current ram in a 266 based T-Bird?

I'd hate to have to upgrade memory & motherboard simultaneously.
