Is there a site that can be used to help sellers price older hw correctly?

i have tried doing some goggle searching to find such a site, but have not been able to find one. Please post if you know of any, and pricewatch.com does not seem too accurate.

thanx

sometimes ebay will be a good guide. post some of the stuff with a slightly higher than you think it's worth price and then negotiate from there.

nope, against the rules. stupid rule imo, considering the type of forum this is.

I just give the shit away. Hell, everyone gives me all their old hardware when I upgrade systems for them and I just pass it along to someone who needs it later on.

Search completed auctions on eBay to get a general idea. That's what I do anyway.

Yea, Ebay or looking at the history of FS/FT is probably the best way. Or you could even look through craigslist listings, but that might be a lot more cumbersome.

Price checks used to be allowed on the forums here, but a few years ago they got put on the naughty list. I think it's because it may have somehow manipulated FS/FT ....
It would be nice if price checks would be allowed to help save some folks from ripping themselves off, but we just have to let those people help themselves.
