Is there a site online I can pay with Credit Card and then download the game I want?

Looking to get a couple new video games, but don't want to go to the store. Is there a place online I can just pay and dld them?
 
There are always game rental places like RedOctane or Gamefly. There was some place that would stream some older (maybe 6-9 months off the current releases) games, but I can't remember who did that.
