I've got Office 2k at home, but I know office 2k3 acts the same.

Is there any shortcut key for "paste special"??

like, ctrl-V does paste.

I'd really like to have a shortcut to perform the paste special, unformatted text function.

If there is a way to do it, let me know!!
Thanks!

That would be sweet, I must Paste Special > unformatted a dozen times into every tech doc I do at work.

Hopefully someone who has actually bothered to RTFM can give us lazy folks an answer :)

I don't think there is. Paste special requires user interaction to what needs to be pasted.

I've always used a toolbar button for that because I couldn't find a shortcut. I just have toolbar buttons for all paste options (i.e., value, format, etc.)
It works pretty ok. Left-hand for ctrl-c & right-hand for a button click.

I always just do Alt E, S, V, scroll down to the choice i want, and hit enter. I can do that combination of strokes in <1 second. Bankers are told not to use the mouse too much.
