Is there a setting to get rid of the 'slide to unlock' on my iPod Touch? I have had this iPod Touch for a few years so I doubt it but I figured it was worth asking. I don't mind the sleep feature or whatever its called to save battery life but I hate having to slide to unlock it every few minutes. thanks

Without jailbreaking? Probably not. You could always set your sleep time to never. That's what I have on my iPad.

Its a patented Apple feature of your iPod Touch. If you remove it, you'll get sued. 😛

BTW, even with 'Auto-Lock' set to never you still have to 'Slide to Unlock' whenever you use the sleep button.

Settings > General > Auto-Lock

set it to never

You'll have to jailbreak. Think it's called 'NoLock' on Cydia.
