Is there a Sega CD and Sega Saturn emulator?

Okay now i'm not sure if this falls in the realm of okay post, but if it's not then i apologize mods, and please lock this.
However i am a college student and space is limited so i can't bring up my old systems and games and such. So i'm wondering if there is a emulator for these systems. I really only want 3 games total for both systems combined, games which I own. Sonic and Double switch for sega cd, and Bug for sega dreamcast. Anyone know about anything?

There are tons of Sega CD emulators for Windows. Some examples are Ages, Gens and Kega.

There are no Dreamcast emulators.

there is an emulator for dreamcast called Nightmare, but I'm not sure if it really works

I meant sega saturn heh. Unfortunaly none of those emulators seem to work according to them. I guess that means no Bug.
Anywho now all i need is those 2 roms for sega cd. Will those emulators run the actuall game cd?
