Is there a satirical FPS game...

Inspired by this thread. I was wondering if there's a game out there that pokes fun at all the oddities in FPS games. The Bard's Tale did a great job with this, taking many of the RPG cliches and making a fantastic and entertaining game out of them. I would love to play a shooter that does the same.

It seems to me like that was the intent with Duke Nukem ... or maybe they didn't realize they were being cliche.

For example in DN3D. At one point you're in a room with an arcade version of the first Duke Nukem game. If you select it Duke says"hmmmm, don't have time to play with myself"

Yep, Duke Nukem 3D was a good shot at them, I also felt that Serious Sam was another one, but a very fun one at that!

yeah but duke nukem was like the 3rd fps game ever...so not really a parody.

The No One Lives Forever series is pretty good.

the "getaway" on the tricycle was really funny
😀

Serious Sam was good 'till the latest at lampooning other games - even a joke about Duke Nukem taking forever.
