Is there a rule against being obnoxiously annoying?

Pictures say it all. Several users have requested that he stop doing this crap and even the ignore feature doesn't prevent this obnoxious troll from taking up the bulk of my vertical pixels. If there isn't a rule against this, there should be.

Since I'm still here that's definitely gotta be a no. But yes, hails of derisive laughter regarding Zorkoid posting 7 times in a row (and many of them being only one line of text or so). I at least try to just edit posts to tack on if it's within a few minutes of my last post.
