Is there a router setting that will give one computer on the wireless a higher priority for bandwitdth than the other?

The QoS features of some router's may be able to do this. I don't know of any specific models though.

You can do this with a Linksys (Cisco) BEFSR41 v.4. It's pretty limited though. One router port can have high priority; the other three have low priority.
