When i have a desktop wallpaper up, the names of the Recycle Bin etc are on a plain blue background (of the words, then the wallpaper is grey.)

I want to make this clear, so the words just appear on the wallpaper. I know i can change the colors, but nothing seems to fit. I just want it clear.

Any ideas?

I dont think that there is a transparent RGB value for Windows icons text. That's set by the alpha channel stuff, which I don't think Windows icons supports.

OMG....that is THE most hideous color scheme I have ever seen, Dennis! I doubt I would even ever USE my computer if the colors got that screwed up! :(

The only explanation that would be remotely acceptable as an excuse for dennilfloss's color scheme is color blindness!

RGB value for clear? heh.. think about the question for just a second. Can you mix different levels of Red, Green, and Blue to get clear? Of course not.. like the others say, you need an alpha channel for transparency.
