Is there a reliable 'silence' app that overrides the switch?

My silencer switch is acting up and was wondering if there's a software replacement as I'd rather not have my phone go off when it's supposed to be silent. I'm already jailbroken so a toggle in sbsettings or anything really would be great.
 
Sbsettings has something that you need, I don't recall what's its called but I'm pretty sure if you search silence switch sbsettings you'll find it.
