Is there a recommended/preferred Mac FTP program (other than command line)?

I use CyberDuck. It works pretty well. Transmit is good too, but you have to pay for it.

CyberDuck is free.
Transmit is not, but is incredibly good.

So in case you were not sure, your choices are CyberDuck and Transmit.

I just use FireFTP , a free add-on for the Firefox browser. Works fine for me to maintain simple WordPress based websites, but then I don't need or use advanced features.

There is an OS X port of FileZilla too. It works well, but it feels like a Windows app.

I use FileZilla. I really dislike Cyberduck. It works fine for slow connections, but on my LAN it was horrendously slow. My 100 Mbit LAN was transferring at 5 Mbit speeds with cyberduck. I switched to a trial of transmit, and got the full 100 Mbit.

I use cyberduck for the most part. If I am transferring large files though I find it to be very slow. So I use the terminal at that point.

Fetch. It came pre-loaded on my MBP when I got it from my school. Works pretty well.

Do any of these free ones -- other than Cyberduck -- support public-key SSH/SFTP connections? Cyberduck switched their SSH core to Ganymede or something awhile ago and it totally broke compatibility with my server, so I have to use an older version. I don't even move big files, I just use it to remote edit source code files in Bbedit, then auto-upload on save.
