Is there a reason this 7800GTX shouldnt be the most wanted?

I think it's XFX reputation for spotty service/support. The eVGA 7800GTX KO is equally as fast, it's more expensive, but still more desirable IMO because eVGA offers good service/support and a lifetime warrantee on all there 7-series cards.

Also with subpar (at best) customer support. Just get the eVGA or even the Leadtek and overclock it. Save some money.

My GTX is from Leadtek. Applied coolbits and got 490. I am running it since 2 months, no issues with any games.

Only worth mentioning is the shimmering that the 7800 series has with some games. The driver 78.03 does improve it a lot but does not fix it totally.
