Sorry, haven't done it myself and it looks like there are LOTS of them that will work - I was hoping you could find one from those results.

I use mp3directcut, its pretty easy but I don't know if it uses cue files, I think its all manually done.

I use musicutter. writes Filenames and everything to individual tracks (provided data is inside cue sheet), fast and easy to use to.
