Is there a program where you can make a hot key for anything?

...such as minimizing and maxamizing windows? I hate in windows how there are no hot keys for such things.

If there is, I want the one that makes naked woman appear and disappear.

Does anyone know of a program that will emulate a Windows key if you press some other key combination? If you don't have a Windows key, you can't do Windows+E (opens Explorer), for example.

I know Ctrl+Esc will open the Start menu, but you can't press Ctrl+Esc+E to open Explorer.

Create shortcut to explorer somewhere.
Open properties for shortcut.
for shortcut key, enter ctrl-alt-<yourkey>, perhaps ctrl-alt-e for example.

Ok, but how would you do these?

Windows Logo (Display or hide the Start menu)
Windows Logo+BREAK (Display the System Properties dialog box)
Windows Logo+D (Display the desktop)
Windows Logo+M (Minimize all of the windows)
Windows Logo+SHIFT+M (Restore the minimized windows)
Windows Logo+E (Open My Computer)
Windows Logo+F (Search for a file or a folder)
Windows Logo+R (Open the Run dialog box)
