Is there a program to test video memory specifically?

I just bought an Intel board and in the Intel Desktop Control Center software there is a system stress tester that I ran. I have two MSI 6600Gt's that I tested separately and one had 2 errors and the other had 4. then I stuck in an X300 and it came up with no errors.

When I got these cards there was a considerable difference in 3dmark scores but they both finished the test.

Is there any software that I can use that will specifically test the memory?
 
not really, the only way i can think of, is to downclock the cores to a low speed, then the memory is more than likely the only choice.
