is there a program to enale UPnP on win2k?

I have win2k, and a software firewall on another comp that supports UPnP. it would be a huge help to me if I could only use it. I was thinking maybe there's some kind of program for win2k that would "emulate" UPnP and allow programs in win2k to use it to enable ports on the gateway. is there any such thing available?
