Is there a program that will read default voltage of LGA775 CPU??

I need to know what the default voltage is on my P4 630 CPU so that I can know which pins (or contacts I guess I guess I should say) to try and manipulate in order to change the voltagel.

The processor is being used in an OEM system and the motherboard's BIOS does not report that kind of info about the CPU.

Does anyone know of any accurate Windows based program that will work??

I was aware of that but it doesn't seem that accurate because it was reporting 1.420v which is not even in the Intel spec sheet and furthermore the voltages supposedly shouldn't be over 1.375v
