Is there a program that can go through your code and format it?

Seriously, my code is so nasty. it's a hodgepodge mixture of tabs and spaces and I want to make it look presentable. Is this easily done?
 
I'm sure it could be done using a language good for parsing, such as Perl.

I don't know if there's such a program readily available -- just that you could use Perl to write one.
