I recently got my new external hard drive to back things up, now I need the right software. the drive came with Dantz retrospect which sucks so I'm not gonna use that.

i need a program that can move files in multiple folders to the external drive (keeping the folders and the names), in batches. meaning I can run one backup batch and mutltiple folders will synchronize, so the contents in both hard drive's folders are exactly the same.

but I want it so that only the files that are different in content are copied and the files that exist in the target drive are not copied (to save time).

so for example, I'm copying my whole My Music folder to G: (external). since the last time I copied the whole folder, I have new files. only the new files will copy and the existing files will not copy.

in simpler, words, a program that will UPDATE folders. :)

is there such program? I've tried CopyRite but no luck, it copies every single file!

thanks!
