Is there a program specifically to assess vid card performance?

Hi all,

I'm thinking of selling my old GeForce 6600GT 128mb and I'd like to run some diagnostics on the card before I sell it if possible. Are there any programs out there that I can use specifically to diagnose the health and performance of the card without it being too heavily impacted by the other hardware in the comp?

Thanks in advance.

Try atitool to look for video corruption
artifacts in its tester (using the default
GPU speed / settings, of course).

Also run some passes of 3dmark, since
it's the 6600 model, I'd think the 2005 version
would be appropriate (3dmark05), though
I suppose 3dmark06 would work too.
Many people use BOTH for diagnostics.

3dmark06 is slower than sh*t with a 6600gt. I just got 1330 with mine paired with an e6750 at 3.4. It took FOREVER to finish...

try 3dmark05, you'll thank me later ;) as mentioned, ati tool artifact scanner is also useful.

Bryan... it is not 3DMark06 that is slower with the 6600GT.

It is the 6600GT.
