Is there a program like this?

Is there a program that has several different realistic guitar sounds (acoustic, electric, whatever), and you can type in a Chord, or choose one from a list or whatever, and it will play it? And then, you could save it as a Wav file or whatever? It's a long shot I know, but what the heck.

Guitar Pro or something like that. I have a bunch of never used Audio Progs, but I'm not at home.

I think this program will do what you want. My son used it for writing a piano piece for school.

Mozart Virtuoso

MIDI input from a connected MIDI keyboard (or other MIDI instrument) is now supported. This can be done note by note
(or chord by chord) or by playing in in real time.

Echoing of notes as they are entered (by whatever method) is now supported.
