Is there a program like Scheduled Tasks that closes a program at a selected time?

At night I sometimes watch reruns of Drew Carey on my TV via my computer. I leave it on and turn off my TV at night. Is there anyway at a certain time each night, a program checks to see if Windows Media Player is open.. and if it is.. it closes it?

Also on a related question, if anybody every uses Catalyst Control Center.. I was wondering if there was also a way to do the same thing to revert your computer display back to normal (IE without it showing on the TV).

it would make life a whole lot easier.

I know you can use the bios setup to turn your computer on and off at a certain time.
